Thank you for coming by TD Helps today, Michael. Let's look at some tips.
For downloading your statements to Quicken, first you have to make sure you have the latest update for your Microsoft Windows, or your Apple Mac operating system. Once you have this updated on your computer, you are ready to access your TD Bank account information through Quicken.
One option you can use for downloading either statements or transaction history, are to download them as files into a Microsoft Excel file. To do so, start by logging into your Online Banking profile. This link will bring you directly to the log in page http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have access to your accounts, you can choose the account to which you would like to download for statement history. You can then select your date range to choose the amount of transaction history to download (last 10 days, current statement, previous statement). At the bottom of the page, select a File Format and click on "Download History" button. When the "File Download" box opens, you can click the "Save" button. After this, you can choose the location in which you want to save your file, and then you can open it up as an Excel file. You should be able to open the file in your Quicken program, after the transaction history has successfully been saved!
Follow this link: http://bit.ly/1qRJoJ4 , and refer to pages 3-5 for more tips on how to download statements to Quicken, as well as making sure your Quicken is up-to-date.
Hope this helps, Michael. Thanks again for coming by TD Helps, and come back again any time!

Thanks Elizabeth. What I meant to ask was how do you download data from dates previous to the current "All Available History"?

Thanks for writing back to us on TD Helps, Michael. We apologize for any confusion and are happy to assist you!
At this time, you may only download the current statement activity and your previous month’s statement from TD Bank Online Banking into your software. Any statement information older than what you may currently view online will require manual entry.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!

Is this still the case in August, 2017? That you can only download the current and previous month's transactions to Quickens and everything else has to be manually entered?

Thanks for joining the conversation, Kathleen.
The answers mentioned above are in fact still correct! You may only download the current statement activity, as well as your previous month's statement from online banking. Any prior activity will have to be entered manually.
We hope you find this information useful, Kathleen, take care.
