Welcome to TD Helps, Gary. We'll be glad to direct you on how to download your statements.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the Checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notices tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the save icon to save a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the required information to set up Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
