In order to contact us via unsecured e-mail, please follow these steps:
- Visit www.tdbank.com
- Click on "Customer Service" (located on the upper right of the page)
- Scroll down to the "Banking" section
- Click on "Send us an e-mail"
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled and logged in to your account, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
You would still have the option of calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with live Customer Service Representatives or visit your local TD Bank Store. For Store hours and locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.

This function no longer exists on your website. I have been trying and trying to find a method to email you.....but there does not seem to be any way at all.

We apologize that you're having trouble locating our Secure Message feature with our new online banking platform, and we'll be more than happy to help!
As mentioned, here at TD Bank, we recently performed an update to our Personal Online Banking, and because of this, some of the information provided by our friend Colleen may not be accurate; however, we'd like to assure you that you'll still be able to send us a Secure Message from your online banking! To get started, you'll first want to log in, and to do so you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled, don't worry, as you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started.
Once you have logged in, towards the far, right hand side of your screen you should see a section that reads 'Your Secure Messages.' Here you can find any previous messages you may have sent, and can send a new one by simply clicking 'Send us a secure message.' Once you have done so, you're welcome to select from the list of topics, and then fill in your information, such as the reason behind your message, your account, and your personal message. Once you're done, select 'Send', and you'll be all set! Generally speaking, Specialists will response to your message within 24 hours.
