You came to the right place for assistance, Stephanie. There are a few options available to locate the type of Checking account you currently have and we'd be happy to help go over those options with you.
If you have any Statements handy, your account type is listed on the left hand side on the first page of your paper statements. If you do not have any Statements handy, that is okay!
Logging onto your TD Online Banking will also allow you to view the type of account you have. If you are enrolled, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not, you may wish to enroll by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your Account number, TD Debit card number, Social Security number, and email address handy. If you need assistance, feel free to connect with our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up!
Once you've successfully enrolled and after you log in, if you have not set a "nickname" for your account(s), on the "Welcome" page you will be able to see your account type. You may also view your Statements online by selecting the "Statements & Notices" tab under the "Accounts" tab.
You may also call us at the number above for confirmation on your account type. Again, after account verification, we'd be happy to help!
Lastly, you may visit us during lobby hours for additional help. You can find our locations and hours near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else. Have a great day!
