I am trying to activate online banking, but I am unable to find any email with my account number. I do see an email with 'Applicant #' on it, but I use that and the site says "The information entered does not match our records. Please check your information and try again."
I do not want to lock myself out.
If someone can, you can lock up my email and send an email to me?

Thank you for writing to us, Billy. We understand how important it is to keep track of your account and we are happy to lead you in the right direction.
For the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone. However, there are a few options you have to retrieve your account number and we are happy to provide them to you. You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
