Good morning, Gabriella and thank you for stopping by TD Helps this morning.
Although the full account number is not being displayed via our Mobile App; however, it is available via our full site here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. There are also other ways you may obtain this information and we'd be more than happy to share with you. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
For a TD Checking account, your account number should be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
You may also view your full account number by looking at your paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions, Gabriella.
