i cannot see my savings account on the td app

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your savings account via the Mobile Banking App, Gabriella. We'd be glad to help.
If you've recently opened your savings account and it is not being displayed via your Mobile Banking App, we ask that you allow one full business day for the account to be displayed on both your Mobile and Online platforms.
If your account is not new or this time has passed, we ask that you contact us directly for help. You are able to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, they will be glad to make the savings account visible for you.
