Welcome to TD Helps Roy and thanks for coming to us with your question. We are more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
Online Banking makes it easy for you to do your banking at the comfort of your own home. If your request is relating to internal transfers between your TD Bank Accounts, we recommend logging into your online banking, going to the Transfers Tab and clicking on Transfer history. All transfers that were initiated via your Online Banking will be available.
If the transfers were made between your accounts in another form other than your online banking, we recommend taking a look at your Account History when logging into your Online Banking which is located under the Account Tab. You have the option of sorting by transaction type and date.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking signing up is quick and easy! First, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up!
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
If you do not have a TD Debit Card for your business, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for both your personal and business Online Banking set up. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Roy. Please write back if you have any additional questions. Enjoy your weekend!
