Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your inquiry, Christian. The first time you call the IVR, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After entering your SSN, you will then be asked to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access in the IVR system. This Phone Code will replace your old Bank-by-Phone PIN and is independent of the PIN# associated with your VISA Debit Card. Some tips to remember when creating your Phone Code: You may find it helpful to review our Bank-by-Phone guide located here: http://bit.ly/1HuHfKI. If you have any questions about using this system, please feel free to speak with a live Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000. We're available 24/7 to help navigate you through if necessary. Hope this helps, Christian. Enjoy your afternoon!
