Thanks for dropping by TD Helps today, T! We're sorry for any difficulties you are experiencing and we'll be happy to help.
If you are unsure of your user name, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours at your earliest convenience. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to retrieve your user name for you. You can also visit us at any TD Bank Store nearby you; and see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your preferred location.
Once you are able to log into your online banking account on our full website, you'll be able to set up balance alerts for your accounts. Please sign into your account, and click the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved. Please keep in mind that TD Bank offers e-mail alerts at this time.
We certainly hope this helps and feel free to come by anytime that you have a question, T!
