Hi Matt! Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps. When a purchase is made using your debit or credit card, limited information is transmitted to us. Generally that information is only the name of the company and the dollar amount. Occasionally a contact phone number is also provided. Because we don't receive a copy of the receipt, we recommend reaching out to the merchant directly. They should have record of exactly what was purchased and may even have a copy of the receipt if you no longer have the original. We hope you're able to figure this out, Matt. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores.
