A payment of $1450. was received by TD Bank on May 19th at 17:04. This money was for account. I have not received it yet. The payment was made to an old Debit card number ending in 0482. How do I find out where my money went?

Hi there Margaret,
We appreciate you getting in touch with us about this credit.
You mentioned that the funds were sent to you using a previous debit card number you had. When this occurs, in general we're still able to provide the refund to your account. However, kindly note that the credit may take longer than usual as TD Bank will have to add the funds to your account manually since the prior card is no longer active.
To get a better idea about this credit, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us. We're available at 888-751-9000, or you can stop in to any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you choose to call us, kindly note that we're available 24/7 but ask that you contact us Monday through Friday during standard business hours so that we can get in touch with the correct internal department for you to find out more.
We hope this will help with your refund, Margaret.
All the best and have a wonderful evening!
