To search your payees' information for the checks posted to your account during your current or previous statement cycle, you may first access your Online Banking by using your user name and password and then follow the instructions below to locate the check image:
- Log in to your personal account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name
- Click on "Power Search" link, which is located on the right hand side of Account History.
- Enter the Check Number you are looking for and click on Search.
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to Check Number to obtain a front and back copy of the check.

- Click on the Accounts tab
- Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name
- From the drop down arrow, select "Show All", it is under Account History
- From the drop down arrow, select "Check," it is next to Type
- Enter the Check Number you are looking for in "From Check" field
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View” link under the “Check Image” column located on the far right hand side of the screen to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
For the checks posted to your account prior to the previous statement cycle, you will need to search your previous statements for additional information. If you are signed up for paperless statements and need to look for your checks outside the last 60 days of activity, check images should have been included on the last page of your statements and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab. If you do not have paperless statements or do not wish to enroll for paperless statements, you may still request to have your check images included in your future monthly statements. Please note that there may be fees for this service. Please take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
You may obtain your payees' information by visiting your local TD Bank Store, sending us a secure message via your Online Banking or contacting us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with a TD Bank Banking Specialist who can assist you after account verification. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that there may be fees associated with a request if you are to order multiple copies, we invite you to view our Fee Schedule listed above.
