Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Christina.
Sounds like you're expecting a direct deposit from PCH. For electronic funds transfers or direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Once this direct deposit has been received and funds have been credited to your TD account, you should be able to view this transaction via www.tdbank.com if you are already enrolled for online banking. If you have not yet enrolled and would like to enroll for this free service, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started. While you're on the phone with our Banking Specialists, they can also provide you with your direct deposit information if it is already credited to your account. Please note, as we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your information as this is considered an unsecured site.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions, Christina.
