Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Qianyan.
We're glad to inform you that once your most recent statement is generated, you should be able to view it online via your online banking profile. If you are already enrolled for on-line banking, after logging onto your account from here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your newest statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
Generally speaking, Checking account statements are being generated monthly and Savings account statements are being generated quarterly. Please know that you can always view your newest account history at any time via your online banking profile prior to the statements are generated.
If you have any additional questions for us, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000.
