Good afternoon, Carline, and thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps today.
Here at TD Bank, our Customers are able to use their Debit Cards to obtain a cash advance at most financial institutions by simply speaking with a Teller. Generally speaking, to perform a cash advance, your Debit Card will be needed, as well as a valid form of I.D.
As a friendly reminder, if you are within TD Bank's footprint, you may also use your TD Bank Debit or ATM Card to perform a withdrawal at any of our Store's ATMs, free of charge! To locate your nearest TD Bank ATM, you may use the link here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you'd like to learn more about the great features that come with your TD Bank VISA Debit Card, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1onoJaz.
