Rather than going into the bank like I usually do, when our CD matured, I followed the instructions on the renewal notice and just let the CD Automatically Roll Over and saved the trip to the bank. However, I didn't get a confirmation that the CD rolled over like I do when I process the rollover in person. We require the details for our corporate records. How do I get a confirmation without having to go into the bank?
