That's a great question, James and we'll be happy to go over ways to obtain copies of these checks.
You may request a check copy by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, sending us a secure message via Online Banking, faxing us a written request or stopping by a local TD Bank Store. We'll go over all the options in details with you.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
Just in case if you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. We can also fax your check copy to you directly. In order to do so, we ask you please fax your written request to our Fulfillment department at 856-533-1138 with the following information:
-Your name -Your full account number -Please specify the check number, amount and posting date you're requesting
- Your fax number -Your signature
Our Fulfillment Department is available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience. If everything is correct and matches the information we have on file, you should receive your check copy within 2-3 hours of receiving the fax.
Additionally, you do have the option to obtain your check copy by visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours.
