Thanks for your question to TD Helps today, Louis. We are always happy to assist!
If you are searching for a copy of a check which has been paid in the past 60 days, you may view these via your Online Banking account. Please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
Thanks and we hope we have helped you today, Louis! Check us out again anytime.
