Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Madeline. We're happy to provide you with the information needed to obtain a replacement debit card.
A replacement card is normally mailed to your address on file within 30-45 days prior to the expiration date. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your postal office.
As you mentioned that you current debit card is expiring, if you need a new one immediately, you may visit a TD Bank Store
location during normal lobby hours to obtain a new card. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card that should have already been mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to order one for you.
No matter which option you prefer, please be sure to confirm with our Banking Specialists that we have your current contact info on file. If not, we'll be more than happy to update it for you.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
