Good Morning, John. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we'll be happy to help guide you in the right direction.
Generally speaking, new accounts are automatically added to your online banking profile within 24-48 hours of the account being opened. This is depending on if the account was opened on the weekend or on a business day. If this time has passed, and your new account has not yet been added to your profile, there are a few ways that this may be done.
First, you may contact us directly at 888-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7. Upon account verification, a Representative will gladly be able to add this account to your profile for immediate access!
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message with your request. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. Once you've successfully logged in, please select the 'Account Options' tab, and click on 'Account Services'. From there, you will be able to send us a secure message.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, you may visit us at your local TD Bank Store for assistance. We invite you to click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
We hope you find this information useful, John, and appreciate you for stopping by. Have a great day!
