I lost my debit card right before I left Vermont for Tennessee and I need to get a new debit card mailed to me ASAP. How do I do that online?

We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your debit card, Grey. We'd be glad to help.
If you have not done so already, we recommend reaching out to us directly so we may close your debit card. You are able to reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Specialist, they would be glad to close your debit card.
As you mention that you need to receive a debit card at an address that may not be listed on your account, we recommend sending us a secure message. . To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message, be sure to include the following:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
The statement: “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once received, our Specialists will be glad to process a request to mail you a new card while you're away.
We hope to hear from you soon, Grey. Have a good day.
