One of the quickest ways to obtain a new debit card is to visit any TD Bank during lobby hours. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to make a new debit card for you in minutes! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Another way you can obtain a new debit card is to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail you a new debit card.
If you're enrolled in online banking, you could also send us a secure message requesting a new debit card. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that if you choose to order a new debit card by calling us or sending us a secure message, your new debit card will be mailed in a plain white envelope and should arrive within 7-10 business days; depending on your postal service.
