I received a replacement card (original lost) but I have yet to receive my password by mail. It has been over a month.

Hi Jean-Marc, thanks for connecting with us at TD Helps this morning. We'd be happy to assist with activating your card.
If you have a U.S. Social Security Number (or Tax ID Number) on file with us, then you can activate your TD Bank VISA Debit Card by calling 1-888-553-4122. You will be prompted to enter your Card Number and the last 4 digits of your Tax ID Number; the Bank-by-Phone system will then ask you to setup a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) to activate your card. Afterword, you can transfer to a live agent if you'd like to confirm that your card was activated successfully.
If you do not have a Social Security Number or Tax ID Number on file with us, then you should have received a separate mailing with instructions and a temporary PIN to activate your card. This mailing is staggered and sent separate from the card itself; however it's mailed at the same time and should be received around the same time also. If you did not receive this second mailing when you received your card, we encourage you to reach out to a U.S. Cross-Border Banking Specialist at 877-700-2913 Option 2. We'll be able to resend you a temporary PIN or even a replacement card again if necessary.
If it's a TD Bank U.S. Credit Card you had replaced, then please reach out to a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861. We're available any time of the day, 365 days/year to help you activate your card in moments!
