Welcome to TD Helps, Sophia. It'll be our pleasure to answer your question.
In order to use the Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking via your PC or web browser on your mobile device. During the enrollment process you will create a user name and password which you may then use for Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled already, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking. You may also stop by one of our TD Stores to set up your online access. For Store hours and locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time.
