Good afternoon, Noel. It’s a pleasure to see you here at TD Helps today.
Right now, TD Bank offers email alerts for your account that can be set up via Online Banking. One of the alerts you can set up is a balance alert. Using this feature, you will be able to select a high-or-low balance amount and when that threshold is met, you'll receive an email from us.
You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the "Alerts" tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert, and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
Keep in mind that these alerts are sent via email and will only be directed to your cellular device if you have your email attached to your phone.
