Good morning, Lisa and thank you for visiting us on TD Helps and we appreciate your question.
We apologize as email alert service is not currently available for our Loans and Lines of Credit account. We recommend contacting our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group (FSG) Specialists at 1-800-937-5020 to discuss any other available options.
Although email alert feature is not available for TD Visa Credit cards, we do offer text alerts at this time. If you are also interested in using text alert service, please note that this feature is only available via online banking for your TD Visa credit card. If you haven't already done so, you can begin your online account here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You'll need your credit card account number and other personal information to complete the enrollment process. Once you're successfully enrolled, you will be able to set up payment alerts Under Alerts- General Account Information - Notify me a number of days before my payment is due. If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to reach TD Card Services Specialists directly and they are available 24/7 to help you at 888-561-8861.
Just in case that you're referring to payment reminders for your loans and credit card with other financial institutions, please know that our online Bill Pay service allows you to set up a variety of notifications or reminders of payment activities. These appear within Bill Pay, and you can also choose to have notifications sent to your e-mail. To set up notifications or reminders, go to the Manage Bills page within the Bill Pay tab, select an individual Biller and follow the instructions for setting up notifications or reminders. If you're currently enrolled for our Online Banking service, please log onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you're not enrolled at this time and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day, Lisa!
