Thank you for opening a new Checking account with us, Betty.
If you have recently opened your new Checking account over the telephone with our Banking Specialist, your account number should be printed on the Welcome letter. If you are still unable to locate this information, we have other options for you and are happy to provide them to you.
One way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store near you. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please be sure to bring your valid photo ID with you.
Additionally, if you have already made at least one transaction on your new account, you may reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists via telephone at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be happy to enroll you for online banking! Once you're successful enrolled, you should be able to see your full account number on your online banking profile. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
Thanks again for choosing TD, Betty. We hope you have a terrific day!
