Welcome to TD Helps, Marc!
This is a great question.
Here at TD Bank, all statements and statement copies will have your address and name printed on the top, left hand side, and as you mentioned that you were hoping to have an electronic copy, we'll be more than happy to guide you on how you may download your statements directly to your computer!
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay, as you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you're able to access your account(s), you'll first want to click on the hyperlink for the account you are attempting to access statements for, and after doing so, click on the green tab that reads 'Statements & Notices.' From here, you'll want to select the statement date you wish to review, and then click 'View.' After doing so, your statement will load in a different window, where you'll have the ability to print your statement from your own home, or even download it onto your personal computer!
If you have any trouble at all, you're more than welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, and they'll be happy to help. Specialists are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If you'd like, one of our Specialist may even have a copy of your statement mailed to your address, which will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
If the methods mentioned above may not be convenient for you, you're also able to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative about obtaining a statement copy. By doing so, one of our Representatives may be able to print you a copy of your statement on the spot so that you may leave with a copy in your hand that same day! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have any questions at all in regard to your account, please don't hesitate to connect with us at any of the methods mentioned above.
Stay warm, Marc, and have a great start to your weekend!
