Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Evelyn.
If your ATM/debit card has expired and you have misplaced or did not receive your replacement card, you're welcome to visit a nearby TD location during normal lobby hours to obtain a new debit card immediately. To find a TD Store near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to order one for you and mail it to your address on file.
Another way to request a debit card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When doing so, please include your current address so that we can ensure we're mailing the card to the right location for you. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
Once you receive your new card, a new PIN will have to be set up. If you obtain the card from the Store, we can walk you through setting up your PIN during your visit. If we mail you a new card, there will be instructions on a sticker placed on the card on how to create a PIN.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card we ask that you contact TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
We hope this information is helpful, Evelyn and please let us know if you have any other questions.
