Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Lisette. We are more than happy to answer your question and guide you in the right direction.
In order to get another TD debit card for another user, that individual must first be added to your existing TD Checking account as a secondary signer. Generally, in order to add a joint account signer to an existing TD Bank account, both parties must be visiting a TD Bank store together, during lobby hours. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the individual is added to your account as a joint account signer, he or she may obtain a TD Visa Debit Card while at the TD Bank Store. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where they may obtain a new card seven days a week. Your new joint account signer will walk out with a new card in hand!
Lisette, we hope this helps. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
