Welcome to TD Helps, Doyle and thanks for stopping by with your question!
Using your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, you may request a Cash Advance at any TD Bank location, as we accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card for cash advances. Please ensure you have the physical card present to process the cash advance. Please note, limits may apply. To find out TD store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We do recommend reviewing your credit card terms with TD Card Services to be aware of any limits, fees or higher rates which may apply for this service. A Representative can be reached 24/7 at 888-561-8861. And please see http://bit.ly/1klVfbF for a copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement, or http://bit.ly/YX21jJ for a copy of the TD Easy Rewards Secured Credit Card Agreement, depending on your card. If you would like to get your specific card agreement, you can register your credit card within http://bit.ly/1lVKil9, or call a Representative as above, to request a copy.
We hope we've assisted you today with your cash advance, Doyle! Let us know of any questions and have a great day.

Welcome to TD Helps, Theresa. We'd be happy to clarify.
If you are planning on using your TD Debit Card that is linked to your overdrawn account to make a cash advance, there is a chance that the transaction may be approved if your Checking account is enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance. You can find more information about this service here: http://bit.ly/Q5WEKO.
If you are planning to use a Credit Card that is not attached to your account, your transaction should be successful as long as the cash advance amount is within your credit limit.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can always ask your Representative while making your cash advance at your local TD Store. For Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also contact our Credit Card Department if you have questions about your TD Credit Card 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861. If you have questions about your checking account you can always contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Theresa and have a good afternoon.

Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Bobby.
As our friend Cameron mentioned above, at this time, in order to complete a cash advance using your TD Bank Credit Card, we ask that you please visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience; however, at this time you will be unable to perform a Cash Advance online.
For your convenience, we have provided a link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to help you locate your nearest TD Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information. You're also welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, by calling 1-888-751-9000 with any questions or concerns you may have.
We hope this helps clear up any confusion, Bobby. Enjoy the rest of your day.
