Good evening and welcome to TD Helps, Thompson! We'll be sure to provide ways that you can obtain copies of your checks.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking and you have paperless statements, you can print copies of your checks at home! Please sign into your Online Banking, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements tab and then select the appropriate statements that contain the checks in question, these should be located on the last page.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
To view a copy of a statement, please select the "Statements" tab under "Account History." Please note that copies of your checks will appear on all of your statements going forward.
You can also request check copies through a secured message. To send a secured message, please sign into your online account and select "Send a secured message" underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please note that you should receive your check copies via mail within 7-10 business days.
We can also fax your check copy to you directly. In order to do so, we ask you please fax your written request to our Fulfillment department at 856-533-1138 with the following information:
-Your name -Your full account number -Please specify the check number, amount and posting date you're requesting - Your fax number -Your signature
Our Fulfillment Department is available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience. If everything is correct and matches the information we have on file, you should receive your check copy within 2-3 hours of receiving the fax.
Another option you have is requesting your check copies via telephone by calling our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. After our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can make the copy request for you. As noted above, please allow 7-10 business days for the copies to arrive at your home.
You also have the option to receive check images with your future monthly mailed statements. If you would like this feature added, you may do so by requesting it via the phone with a Banking Specialist at the telephone number listed above.
