We're sorry to hear that your Card was stolen, Kevin! We'd be glad to discuss the next steps.
First and foremost, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your Card for account security.
If you've lost your TD Debit Card, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives would be happy to assist with closing your debit card and placing a dispute for any unauthorized transactions.
They are also able to submit a request to have a new Debit Card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Post Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days
If you're unable to wait for your new Debit Card in the mail, that's okay! You may visit us at any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours, and one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to print out a new Card for and you'll be able to leave with a new TD Debit Card!
