Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Emma.
There are multiple ways to obtain your account number, we'll be more than happy to share the options with you. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is the reason why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
First, if this is a Checking account and you have some checks with you, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more informationhttp://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
If you don't have any checks handy at this moment, no worries! You may also view your account number by looking at your paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition to the options provided above, if you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please contact us 24/7 directly at 1-888-751-9000. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. When speaking with one of our Specialists, after account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Feel free to visit here: http://bit.ly/1lnLZE5 for all the exciting features we currently offer via our Online Banking service.
Please also know that we are dedicated to our Customers' security and safety, so we suggest you visit http://bit.ly/1npPddy & http://bit.ly/UtIxSB for more information in our Security Center, including info on how to protect your account.
Let us know if this helps and have a great day.
