Thanks for visiting us today on TD Helps, Mary. We'd be happy to help you retrieve your statements.
We have multiple options we can provide for you to obtain past statements.
You’re welcome to request the statements to be mailed to you by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can put in that request for you. Please keep in mind that with this option it will take 7–10 business days to receive the copies. As always, you could also visit any TD Bank location and they can print it out for you. For hours and locations near you please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option if you are enrolled for Online Banking, is to place a request through a secure message. To send a secure message please login to your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab then select "Send a secure message." Just like with the phone request, you would also receive the statements within 7-10 business days.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number, social security number and email address to enroll online. If you do not have one or more of these numbers feel free to give us a call 24/7 at the number mentioned above and we’ll gladly help you set it up.
Once you’re signed up for online banking you can sign in to view and print your statements as far back as 5 years.
Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps, Mary and have a good day.
