We want to thank you for reaching out to us here on TD Helps, Susan! We'll be happy to provide you with the ways you can change your address.
There a few ways that you can submit a change of address. The first way is through your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Tech Support Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Once you're signed into your account, click on the "Customer Service" tab, select "Change Address, Phone and E-mail Address" and follow the prompts.
You can always contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can submit the address change after account verification.
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

Please make sure to include your signature and please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
