Thanks for coming to us here on TD Helps, Glenda! We'll be happy to go over the ways that you can obtain your balance.
You can check your account balance via Online Banking, our Mobile App, at any TD Bank ATM, at any TD Bank Store, by our automated telephone line or by contacting our Customer Service Representatives by phone.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
You may also check your balance and so much more by having access to our TD Bank Mobile App after you have enrolled with TD Bank Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to send the quick link to download the TD Bank Mobile App directly to your smart phone.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you could stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied, for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
You're welcome to visit any TD Bank location, after account verification they'll be happy to provide you with your balance. For Store hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You mentioned having trouble accessing your balance by phone, if you are referring to our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 800-937-2000, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 as one of our Banking Specialists can reset your pin for you after account verification.
We hope that you find this useful and enjoy the rest of your day!
