Hey Joshua, thanks for joining us here on TD Helps.
Before we begin, we do want to inform you that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone. However, there are a few options you have to retrieve your account number and we are happy to provide them to you.
You may view your account number located on your personal check. The account number is the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. Take a look at our Check Sample for help on where you can locate this information: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. You may also view your account number by looking at your paper statements; which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account.
If you don't have any paper statements on hand, that is okay. You also have the option of viewing your account number via your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for assistance with the enrollment process. Once you've enrolled successfully, your account number will be shown on the first page after you log in or you could select the "Accounts" tab.
Lastly, another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.

Although we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, there are other ways to obtain it.
One way for you to retrieve your account number is to enroll for Online Banking. Once you enroll for Online Banking and after you log in via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone, you will be able to view your account number on the homepage. To enroll, we ask that you connect with us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After our Banking Specialists verifies your account information, they will be more than happy to help set you up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If ordered checks and have received them or if you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom.
As always, you can also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also provide you with your account number. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Please visit: http://go.td.com/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
