We appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your inquiry, Kevin. There are many ways available for you to check your Checking account balance and we'd be more than happy to go over those options with you.
You can access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 888-751-9000, contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at that same number, or by visiting one of our convenient locations near you. For a complete list of our TD Stores please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you can stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be additional fees applied for this service. For more information about our current fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view the transactions as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account name to view recent activity.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can help too! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you may visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can then download our TD Mobile App by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. With our TD Mobile App, you can manage your account anywhere, any time. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. If you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact us directly at the number listed above. Once you've successfully enrolled and downloaded our TD Mobile App, you will now have the ability do all of your banking on the go!
We hope this helps Kevin. Have a great day and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
