We're sorry to hear that an error may have occurred with your transfer, and we'll be more than happy to help.
The steps you will need to take in order to correct an error that may have occurred with your transfer will depend on what type of transfer you performed.
In the event that you accidentally transferred funds from a deposit account you may have, such as a Checking or Savings, to another deposit account you have with TD Bank, you may simply perform the same transfer in reverse, and if you'd like you are able to do so directly from your Personal Online Banking.
To start, you'll first want to log into your account, which you may do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you are able to successfully log into your account, you can click on the 'Transfers' tab, located towards the upper, left hand side of your screen. Next, you'll want to enter in the amount of your transfer, followed by the account you accidentally transferred to under the 'From' section. For example, if you accidentally performed a transfer in the amount of $100 from your Checking account to your Savings, you'll want to enter in the same amount, $100, and under 'From', you will select your Savings account, and then in the 'To' field, you will select your Checking account.
