Thanks for chatting with us, Petrina!
Great question and you have a few options for your prior statements.
The quickest method to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account. Up to five years of statements are available for you there.
If you're currently using online banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notices tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of the statement
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking but would like to be, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your accounts.
In case you don't have the information required to set up your online banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
As an alternative to printing these yourself, you're also welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at the number just mentioned, who can mail the statements to your address on file. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
We hope one of these works for you!
Thanks again for your message and have a terrific night, Petrina.
