I am have used online banking just to see my accounts but would like to start using it to pay bills. When I go under the pay bills tab, it says temporarily not working. I have no option to start adding new bills and use this option. I think I elected out of this when I originally set up my online account. Any advice on how to start paying bills on line.

That's a great question, Lori! We're sorry to hear about any difficulties you're experiencing setting up Bill Pay, and we'll be happy to provide all the information you'd like to know to get you started.
If you are already enrolled for our online banking, please log into your online account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, once you log in, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or have any other questions or concerns about Bill Pay, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding online banking.
Just in case you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your TD Debit Card, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
