I had an account with TD Bank a few years ago and it was closed with a balance owed. I paid it off in full at a store in September but haven't received any documentation of this. I need it for an account at another financial institution. How do I acquire this?

For proof of payment in regard to an account that was closed due to an overdrawn balance, we recommend reaching us directly.
You can call our Recovery Department Monday – Friday 8AM-9PM and Saturday 8AM – 5PM by dialing 800-354-9769. They may be able to mail a receipt to your address.
