We appreciate your question on TD Helps today, Patricia! We are more than happy to help with options to find your direct deposit info.
First, we’d like to let you know that in order to begin your direct deposit, you'll just need to let your depositor know your account number, routing number, and account type (checking or savings). We're glad to help you locate this information here. Once you have this information, you're welcome to find a Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form can be presented to your employer or the Federal government to begin your direct deposit.
If you have a checking account with TD Bank and have some checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. In addition, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification during your call. As you're writing in from Brisbane, you may contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, also 24/7.
You will also need your TD Bank routing (ABA) number for the deposit. If you do not already have this number, please note that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are welcome to visit any TD Bank Store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope we have provided some convenient options for you today, Patricia. Feel free to visit any time and enjoy your night!
