I currently have something that I love to do that ended up blowing up into a business that I would like to make a account for. I am 16 1/2 and my mother is in full support and would sign something for me, however I would like to know if it is possible to open a business account or a DBA with parental consent. Thank you!

Congratulations on starting a business, Dylan! We'd be glad to help!
As you've mentioned that you are under the age of 18, in order to establish any type of account with us, it would be necessary to add your parent or guardian as a joint account owner. You're welcome to open a joint business account with us at any TD Bank Store near you. Please visit a Store in the same State that your business is registered in to get started. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We invite you to take a look at the account options that we have for businesses. Once you have found the account you like, you can click on the "View Account Guide" link beneath each specific product. Once this page opens, it will review in detail any minimum needed to open the account and any applicable fees.
To review the Business Checking options we offer, please visit http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ, or feel free to use our Business Checking Selector: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw to make sure you have the best account for your needs.
If you like, you are also able to review these options with a Business Banking Specialist via telephone, feel free to contact them at 855-278-8988. You may also request a call from a Specialist! To do so, please click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78 to fill in our form and we'll call you within 24 business hours.
When visiting a Store, you and your parent/guardian will need the following documents to open the account: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.) and your Social Security Number. If your business account is going to have any other signers (such as your parent), be sure to bring them with you as well for the account opening process with the same forms of I.D. If any of the signers are non-residents of the U.S., they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8BEN form. You will also need to bring the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address.
Please note that depending on the type of business you have, there may be additional documents you will need to bring with you. We'd recommend that you discuss this prior to visiting a TD Store, either by speaking with one of our Business Specialists as mentioned above or by contacting your TD location. The telephone numbers for our Stores are listed at our Store Locator as mentioned above.
We're excited to see you soon, Dylan and have a great day!
