Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Ali. We'd be glad to help you update your statement settings.
In order to update your statement settings, you will first need to log in to Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Next, please select the "Customer Service" tab followed by "Online Statement Settings." You will then be taken to a listing of your current settings for any accounts you may hold. Beneath the account(s) that you'd like to receive paper statements, please select the bubble next to "Paper Statements."
Before you will be able to continue and confirm your new settings, you will need to open and read two documents; "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and "Hardware and Software Requirements" After you've opened and viewed both, select the boxes next to each statement to confirm that you have read and accepted both documents. Finally, select "Save Changes."
If you have any trouble updating your settings, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Tech Support Specialists will be glad to help you make the change. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Ali and have a good day.
