Hey Darnell, thanks for stopping by TD Helps. We would be happy to provide the steps needed to enroll for paperless statements.
In order to sign up for paperless statements, you must first be set up for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. For a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've enrolled for Online Banking, you will have immediate access to view your account information. To sign up for paperless statements, after you are logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If needed, you can change the email address on file where the Statement Alerts are going to be sent to, you can do so by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for you to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once you've input the new information, please click on "Save Changes" box.
If you are having difficulties setting this up, you can call us at the number provided above for assistance. Again, after account verification, our Specialists would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance.
We hope this helps Darnell. Please let us know if you have any other questions and have a great one!
