We would like to thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Dustin. We appreciate your interest in paperless statements and would be happy to help!
Paperless statements can help you avoid the paper statement fee and also save the environment.
To enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Just in case you are having difficulties setting this up, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Digital Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, to enroll for paperless statements, please log in and follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
Again, if you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us or visit your local TD Store.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
