TD Helps welcomes you, Ghaleb! Thanks for stopping by today, we'll be glad to assist you.
As we notice that you're writing in from Saudi Arabia, if you've sent an international wire to your client here at TD Bank, please note that international wire transfers are sent through an international payment network. Customers usually receive payment within two to five business days. TD Bank posts all incoming international wires until 3:30 pm EST on the current banking day.
As the sender of the funds, you may request a trace of the wire from your bank. A trace will provide you with the details of the wire's arrival to your client's account.
A confirmation of the wire transfer is also sent to our Customer (your client) the day the wire transfer is credited to their account. If applicable, you are welcome to check with your client to ensure they've received the funds you sent. They can also ensure that your wired funds have been received by logging in to their TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or at http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 for BusinessDirect, using our convenient automated phone line at 800-YES-2000, or speaking with a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Also, the Representatives at our Store locations are always happy to help; your client may find a listing of Stores nearby at http://bit.ly/TDStores. The wire transfer will reflect in their account once the funds have become available for withdrawal.
Please keep in mind that incoming wires can only be applied to the account if the wire information received matches the titling on the TD Bank account. In addition, we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
If for any reason the transfer doesn't post within the time frame you expect, the trace mentioned above will be able to explain the reason, or your client may contact one of our Representatives via phone or at a TD Bank Store for specific information, as listed above.
Thanks again for visiting, Ghaleb! Feel free to reply on TD Helps with any questions you have. Enjoy your day.
